Making Data Actionable

Inspired Ideas With Simple Solutions

Hello! I’m Yvonne

My lifelong passion is making data speak, sing, dance, and tell a story. My simple life goal – allow data to become actionable and meaningful. To me, numbers tell a story and can effect change.

My life goal start when I became a scientist. I needed to convey complex ideas into ones that connected with audiences of different backgrounds.

In The Flow

A bit of background about the design inspiration of this site.

Do you know that moment when time stops? You know the one – when you look up and hours have gone by, but to you, it feels like only 5 minutes have elapsed. To me that is flow. It is what happens when I am working with data.  I am in the Flow.

What is the visual representation of flow? Water and oceans were the obvious choices. Water is always flowing. This became the inspiration for this site’s design. I hope you can find your flow zone, too.
